The Volunteer Services Council is comprised of community leaders and those who have a heart and interest in serving those in need.  No matter what walk of life they come from, they meet monthly with one focus in mind; serving the patients of the Terrell State Hospital.  They give of their time, talent, and resources.  They have a vision, set goals, work diligently on a plan, and then implement that plan.  The time and efforts given to improve the situation of others is huge.
